This picture has many leading lines visible. The most noticeable is the hard edges of the table, the balance of the people on either side, and the hard line of the wall in the background.

    The picture looks like so much fun, people enjoying themselves and being happy. The color is nice too, the warm color of the table and walls and then the bright colors of some of the shirts.

    I wish the picture was a little straighter (the table looks tilted) and maybe out a bit more so the lady on the right wasn't cut off :)

    i see a lot of space in this. i also see implied lines. what would happen if you cropped it shorter, and to only the two ladies on the left? it may be a stronger piece. also, try messing with levels to give it a darker black and stronger definition. this would be sweet in black and white :)
