hehe i love this! the lighting and texture. the only thing i can see improvement is the line on the outer edge of you face. it seem very cut.
The side of the face is a little hard, maybe feather it a bit? :)

I love this picture. Great job. Nice replacement of the pearl earring. The only change I could suggest would be to softened the edges of your face to match the painting.
